Shipping Policy for Isopods
Thank you for choosing Bryce's Pods! We take great care in ensuring your isopods arrive safely and in optimal condition. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship all isopods via USPS/UPS, and we offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Live Arrival Guarantee: We offer a live arrival guarantee for all isopod shipments. If your isopods arrive dead, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the isopods, and we will send a replacement or offer a refund. We do not offer LAG for standard shipping. Although we don't offer LAG for Standard Shipping it is the popular choice for shipping. 98% of the time they will still arrive perfectly fine.
Shipping Days & Live Arrival Guarantee
- Isopods are shipped Monday through Wednesday to ensure they are not delayed over the weekend in transit.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays to avoid potential delays in delivery. Orders placed after Wednesday may be shipped the following Monday.
Packaging
- We take great care in packaging your isopods to ensure they arrive safely and stress-free. Live critters will be packed with proper ventilation, temperature control (if necessary), and a moisture source to keep them healthy during transit.
- We recommend selecting expedited shipping for best results if you live in areas with extreme weather conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, package size, and shipping speed. You can see the exact shipping costs at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the US. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address information. We are also not responsible for stolen packages.
Important Notes
- Weather: We closely monitor weather conditions and may delay shipping if there are extreme temperatures that could harm the isopods during transit. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss options.
- Holidays: Please be aware that shipping may be delayed during major holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
